Benton Musslewhite attended the Global Symposium Towards a New World Order at the 6th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World in Lucknow, India where he gave a speech before the Chief Justices concerning the importance of a global judicial system. He also held a workshop on arranging an Article 109 Review Conference. A copy of the speech is available online.
